Trainer's guide for conducting hazard awareness training for day laborers using participatory action and peer education as described in the Day Laborers' Training Workbook for residential construction. Workbook is based on OSHA 10 hour hazard awareness training for construction and encourages certified trainers to incorporate peer education.
