Suspended scaffold with parapet hooks and rope tiebacks. Poor housekeeping on the site, potential trip hazards, loose paper. Tiebacks must be secured to a structurally sound anchorage on the building or structure. Sound anchorages include structural members, but do not include standpipes, vents, other piping systems, or electrical conduit 1926.451(d)(3)(ix) Tiebacks must be equivalent in strength to the suspension ropes and hoisting rope.
