This recall involves John Deere model 485A backhoe attachments for John Deere compact utility tractors 4044M, 4044R, 4049M, 4049R, 4052M, 4052R, 4066M and 4066R with serial numbers beginning with 1LV0485ACG0030+++. The mounting hardware could loosen and cause the backhoe frame to rotate toward the operator, posing a crushing hazard.
