No fall protection. Worker using an air lance to blow concrete out from holes. Employers must provide fall protection for all workers. Whenever feasible try to eliminate fall hazards in the work place, if necessary use a passive fall protection system such as a guard rail system. When a passive system is not feasible a fall restraint system is preferable to a fall arrest system. Workers should be protected from silica dust.
