Summary Statement

At a minimum, employers are responsible for providing clean protective clothing weekly to workers exposed to lead levels exceeding the PEL(50 ug/m3)and daily if they are exposed to lead levels exceeding 200 ug/m3 LEAD. Contaminated clothing should be in a closed container.
