Summary Statement
Using a bull float with a rotating knuckle joint allows greater mobility. This can reduce awkward body postures and muscle strain. Taking mini breaks (a few seconds) and stretching during the day can help relieve muscle strain. Cement can cause irritant/allergic contact dermatitis, alkaline burns, and dry skin or irritation. Use proper gloves, wash and dry hands when necessary. Do not bring cement dust home; remove work clothes before leaving the work site. Work clothes should be laundered separately.
