Taking mini breaks (a few seconds) and stretching during the day can help relieve muscle strain.
Cement can cause irritant/allergic contact dermatitis, alkaline burns, dry skin and/or irritation. Use the right gloves, wash and dry hands when necessary. Do not bring cement dust home with you. Remove work clothes before leaving the work site. Work clothes should be laundered separately.
