Dangerous work practice and a violation of the construction fall protection standard. Workers must be provided with fall protection, either by eliminating the hazard, a passive fall protection system(guard rails), fall restraint or a fall arrest system. Numerous trip and/or puncture hazards. The work site should be maintained in a clean and organized manner. A clean and organized work site is more productive and safer.
