Summary Statement
There should be a fall protection system in place for workers on the roof, such as a fall restraint system to prevent workers from falling to a lower level.
Extension ladders are not designed to be used separately. Ladder should be secured at the top and extend 36 inches above roof access point.
Workers should be provided proper PPE, such as eye protection, gloves, work shoes, etc.
