| Oh, hey Jose, How are you doing? |

| Oh I'm OK. Did you hear about the accident? |
| BOSS |
| Yeah, I called the owner when I heard about it. They had a guy take a bad fall. He wasn't wearing a safety harness. |
| FOREMAN |
| I'd like to call a meeting of our guys to let them know how it happened - kind of reinforce the whole idea of wearing a harness. |
| BOSS |
| That's a good idea, Jose. You know, accidents are bad for everyone - our workers, our business, our community. |
