Summary Statement
Equipment World has created a series of case studies of incidents with construction equipment that are based on NIOSH FACE reports, as well as other sources. Each is kept to one side of a page with a dramatic illustration and identical format, i.e. a description of the incident and a series of recommendations about how to prevent such an occurrence again. At the bottom, there is space for the signature of the leader, the date of the safety talk and the signatures of those in attendance. These documents make great toolbox talks. It is necessary to complete a short form to get access to them.
