Summary Statement
Unprotected walking/working surface. Workers need fall protection until flooring is installed. Either eliminate the hazard (install flooring), use a passive fall protection system(guard rails), a fall restraint system or a fall arrest system.
Employers should ensure all workers are provided the correct PPE.
Trip hazard from loose boards on top of joists. Air hose may also get trapped by loose boards.
Nail gun in his hand may discharge or drop onto lower elevation. Potential trip due to loose wood across top of joist.
