Man torch cutting/grinding on scaffolding. No spark protection for other workers. No visible protection from falling objects for workers below the scaffold such as toe boards, screens or debris nets. Positive means should be made to confine sparks and slag. A worker should be assigned as a fire watch during and for a sufficient time afterwards to ensure that there is no possibility of fire.A fire extinguisher should be readily available in case of emergency.
